Forman Summer Program Counselor Spotlight: Dasha Fiebach ’21

July 17, 2023

Dasha Fiebach ’21 is one of the 2023 Forman Summer Program Counselors. Dasha’s experience as a student in the program inspired her to work as a counselor.

“I did the Summer Program as a student, and I really enjoyed it,” she says. “I loved how I got the educational support I needed while also getting a fun camp experience.”

She shares that she looked forward to working with the students and “seeing them grow as people.”

Dasha is also a teacher intern this summer, working with Dr. Catherine Stines, Dean of Faculty, in a Going for Gold course.

Dasha studies Social Work at Marist College and notes how Forman prepared her.

While at Forman, I learned how to organize my work and time,” she says. “Forman also taught me how to advocate for myself, which helped me immensely in and out of college.”
