Jane Benson, Executive Function Coach, has been awarded the 2025 Frederick M. Lione Distinguished Service Award.  

Jane is an alumna of Forman. She served on the school’s Board of Trustees from 1999-2005, started working at Forman in 2009, and has held various roles during her tenure. She was also the school’s Commencement Speaker in 1994 and 2001.  

One nomination in support of Jane reads, “Ms. Benson gives 110% every day, bringing her joy and enthusiasm to her work in every way imaginable. She works tirelessly to bring students the resources and support they need for success. She is the embodiment of the creative thinking that makes Forman Forman.”  

This award is given annually to honor the legacy of Frederick M. Lione Jr. P'91, a long-time Forman Trustee who passed away in 2022. The award is presented to a member of the Forman faculty, administration, staff, or Forman Trustee for outstanding, dedicated service to the school over a period of years.
